The exterior was updated to a Mid-Century style with a roof and a dramatic covered rear deck.

A stucco features were added to the front façade to create a more modern feel. An open interior plan improved the flow, including the large walk through kitchen. A sunken living room with a wall hung fireplace leads out to the cedar deck and a new garage beyond. The basement was given a new staircase and steel railings which enhance the overall space and allows for more natural light
