1950’s Plain bungalow plan opened up and rustic trusses added to a new second floor.
House has rustic wood columns dividing the open plan living areas of the kitchen to living and dining spaces.
As no basement exists a second-floor loft and third floor office provide ample space for the family.
First floor windows changed to traditional double hung to match the new second floor addition. Brick color is matched to the second-floor siding to make a seamless connection between old and new. Heavy timbers are combined to accent the craftsman style of the house.
